Designed for Life

Book design for publishing house Phaidon. Designed for Life is an international survey of the most creative and innovative product designers working today. The book illustrates the new materials, processes, and technologies in use; the radically different styles being created; and the growing importance of sustainability, diversity, and inclusivity in design.

The silhouettes on the covers outline the truly diverse constellation of designers presented throughout the publication. With a touch of typographic playfulness, the rigorous layout leaves ample space for the formal and conceptual variety of the products to shine through. The publication is typeset with the excellent ROM by Dinamo.
